Mister Kramer comes in for a testicle exam to see if his testicles can produce potent sperm counts. The nures is skeptical as his balls look really small, so she places a ball smashing device onto his balls and tightens it down until his balls turn blue. this is to help his balls blow the best load that they possibly can. but when he finally blows his load the nurse tells him he blew mostly water as it was just not as thick and creamy as what is medically proven to be the mark of strong and healthy testicles. so the nurse informs Mister Kramer that his balls are useless and that she will have to chop them off!
